Ingredients

25ml Havana Club Anejo 3 Anos
20ml Pineapple Juice
15ml Lime
15ml Sugar syrup
1 spoon apricot jame
Top with Cava

Method

Shake first 5 ingredients together over ice.
Strain into flute and top with Cava.
