1 teaspoon of sugar
15 ml of fresh lime juice
1 sprig of fresh mint
60 ml of Havana Club Añejo 7 Años
60 ml of sparkling water
60 ml of Champagne Mumm Cordon Rouge

method

In a long drink glass : Muddle the sprig of mint with the sugar and the lime juice. Dilute with the sparkling water. Add ice cubes. Add the Havana Club Añejo 7 Años. Complete with Champagne. Stir.
