Pour all the ingredients excepting champagne into a blender. Add crushed ice. Blend for 30”. Pour into a daiquiri glass. Top with champagne. 10ml of sugar syrup 20ml of lime juice 40ml of champagne 40ml of Havana Club Añejo 7 Años 6 fresh strawberries
