THE ORIGINAL RECIPE :

Put two teaspoons of sugar in a cylindrical glass
Add the juice of half a lime (enough to cover all the sugar)
Add two mint sprigs
Pour two parts of sparkling water (9cl)
Muddle well
Pour one part of Havana Club 3 años rum (4,5cl)
Add 4 ice cubes
Stir well
