In a Boston shaker : Muddle 2 thin slices of ginger with a dash of sugar water. Then add all the ingredients. Shake well and fine-strain into a pre-chilled Daiquirí glass.
2 thin slices of ginger 40 ml Havana Club Añejo 7 Años 10 ml Havana Club Añejo Blanco 15 ml Dry Orange Curacao Juice of half a lime Dash of angostura bitters Garnish: a slice of ginger and a lime wheel
